MACHINE BODY TEMPERATURE CONTROL METHOD AND ITS DEVICE

PURPOSE:To eliminate a temperature difference between a part, which is exposed to the outside air and easily follows a room temperature change, and a part hardly following the room temperature change in a machine body such as a bed of a machine tool so as to improve a continuos machining precision. CONSTITUTION:A ventilation passage 2c whose both ends are opened is arranged in the longitudinal direction of beds 2, whose lengths are different from each other, for a front side rib 2a and a rear side rib 3b in a slant type lathe, while a rotary screw, in which a screw plate 8b is installed in a rotary shaft 8a, is arranged rotationally in the approximately central part in the ventilation passage 2c, and the air flow taken into the ventilation passage 2c by means of a blowing fan 9 on the left side of the beds 2 is turned into a turbulent flow, so that the inside wall of the ventilation passage 2c is blown by a larger quantity of wind, and as a result, the temperature is unified.
