Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To improve a crushing device for scrap which is generated in a crushing process, exists remarkably exceeding a necessary, required power on the average and is special so as to be able to remarkably control the maximum value of power causing super-load of the device in continuous operation. CONSTITUTION: This crushing device provides a housing 1 having a material feeding section 9 and material removal section 12, and a rotor 3 which is rotatable around horizontal axis accommodated by the housing and equipped with a crushing tool 5, the crushing tool cooperates with a hiting part 17 in the housing for proceeding crushing. The material feeding section 9 is positioned below a horizontal plane contg. the rotor axis 2, and the material feeding section continues to a material outlet 10 which, when viewed in the rotational direction of the rotor 3, is positioned at much lower position than the material feeding section 9 and replaces for the material removal section 12.
