APPARATUS FOR PREVENTING THE WASHING FROM BEING CAUGHT IN LOW-FREQUENCY VIBRATION WASHING DEVICE

PURPOSE: To prevent jamming on the base of a disc provided in a washing tub by providing a shrinkable shielder, which entirely or partially shields the gap formed between the bases of the disk and washing tub, between both the bases. CONSTITUTION: Between the bases of disc 2 and washing tub 1, a shrinkable shielder 4 composed of a rubber or the like is provided. The height of this shrinkable shielder 4 is made equal to a distance from the base of the washing tub 1 to the maximum vibrating position of the disc 2. Namely, when the distance from the base of the washing tub 1 to the maximum vibrating position of the disc 2 is defined as h1 and a distance to the minimum vibrating position is defined as h2 , the height of the shrinkable shielder 4 is equal to h1 . The shrinkable shielder 4 is shrunk inside the operating stroke (h2 -h1 ) of the disc 2 and the gap between the bases of washing tub 1 and disc 2 is shielded from the outside.
