Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To stably control position by preventing shock from being transmitted to a mechanical transfer system by setting the speed variation from a servo-lock switching speed point switched from speed control to position control slowly in accordance with a deceleration time constant. CONSTITUTION:This servo-amplifier device having a speed command control means 10 for executing speed control, and a switch 9 for detecting a servo-lock switching speed and executing switching from the speed control to position control is provided with a position control deviation counter 5 for setting a deviation amount calculated from a switching speed of a motor in a servo-lock switching point as an initial value, and a position command control means 1a for setting a position command value calculated from a switching speed of a motor 19 in the servo-lock switching point as an initial value, and varying a position command value by a time constant being equal to a command time constant at the time of speed control.
