COIN OPERATED RICE MILLING MACHINE

PURPOSE:To completely discharge the rice in the rice milling machine at the point of the time when rice milling ends by providing the rice milling machine with a control section which stops a bran removing fan and executes processing to open a resistance plate by detecting the supply end signal of a rice detecting sensor disposed in the chute port of a supply hopper of a rice milling means. CONSTITUTION:The control sections stops the supply of a driving signal to an unpolished rice lifting machine motor 12 and a fan motor 25 after standing by for the set time when there is no more rice in the hopper 8 of the rice milling means 3 and the rice detecting sensor 10 outputs the supply end signal. Simultaneously, the control section outputs a driving signal to a resistance control motor 26 to rotate the resistance plate 5 in a direction to weaken its pressing, thereby stopping the unpolished rice lifting machine and the bran removing fan 6 and opening the resistance plate 5. Air is then no more discharged from the meshes of rice removing walls and, therefore, the rice grains attracted on the inside wall surfaces of the rice bran removing walls are dropped and are rapidly discharged from an opened discharge port 20. A rice cleaning roll 18 is thereafter rotated further for the set time, by which the residual rice is agitated and is more rapidly discharged.
