SMALL SIZE LAMP APPARATUS AND MANUFACTURE OF SMALL SIZE LAMP APPARATUS

PURPOSE:To provide small size lamp apparatuses in which no stress affects the sealing parts of the bulbs and caps and no cracking occurs and the productivity of which is improved. CONSTITUTION:A cap 6 has an upper and a lower storage chambers 8a, 8b formed by a diaphragm 7 in the cylindrical inside and a bulb 1 is set in one storage chamber 8a and a lead wire 5 is fixed in the other chamber by an adhesive with which the other storage chamber 8b is filled. As a result, the trouble of an effect by shrinking force generated during curing process of the adhesive and by unevenness of the expansion force due to the heat out of the light emitting source at the time of lighting is solved and the stress applied to the sealing part is lowered or eliminated and thus cracking can be prevented. Also, since most of the adhesive is in the storage chamber parted from the lamp by the diaphragm, no high stress affects the cap and no damage is caused. Since the storage chamber is opened, the condition of the adhesive set inside can be observed by eyes and the inspection of the adhesive condition can be done easily.
