Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To enable temporary posts to be easily conveyed out of a building by enabling at least one of the temporary posts to be split longitudinally into two parts and removed. CONSTITUTION:Each temporary post 2 comprises lightweight shape steel members 5, 5 of U-cross section whose lid plates 6, 6 are connected together with bolts and nuts, with the openings of the members 5,5 oriented in the same direction; connecting members 9 are attached to the upper 2a and lower 2b end portions of each temporary post 2, the upper or lower end portion 2a or 2b of each temporary post 2 is attached to a post attaching portion 10, and each ceiling beam 3 or floor beam 4 is attached to two beam attaching portions 11 at its end, to form a box-shaped rigid-frame structure. Each temporary post 2 is split longitudinally into two parts so that after other building units are connected to the four sides of the temporary-post-equipped building unit, each post 2 can be split and removed allowing easy handling when conveying the temporary posts out of the building.
