Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To produce a mat material for a concrete form having excellent permeability and mold releasing ability by forming a thin silicon resin coat on at least one face of a fiber/binder resin composite mat having specified high performance characteristics. CONSTITUTION:A mat material for a permeable concrete form consists of fiber and binder resin, which are adhesively joined by the binder resin in which many fibers are hardened to form a united felt-shaped composite mat. Silicon resin is coated on at least one surface layer of the composite mat consisting of the fiber having such characteristics as more than 80kg/cm in tensile strength, 80kg/cm in bending strength, 65 or more in surface hardness, and 40 to 80% in porocity and the binder resin by a copy coating method. The coated later is sufficiently thin, and adheres to the most outer layer fiber surface of the mat surface, and hardly obstruct a porous part, and thus permeability is not essentially changed by silicon resin coating.
