Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To effectively prevent flying and material separation of light soil in water. CONSTITUTION:A main body is formed with an edge material comprising a flexible tube body and a cover material comprising a flexible sheet, and a light soil feed tube is installed through the cover material. Also a metal fitting 6 for towing is installed at the base side of towing type main body 1 of sector shape in plane form which is formed with edge materials 2 and 2 on both sides and a cover material 3. Then stationary metal fittings may be installed at four corners of the main body of square in plane shape which is formed with four side frame materials and a cover material to make a stationary device. Thus the construction can be simplified, and water and air can be put into the edge materials to enable adjustment of buoyancy of the main body.
