Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of a flaw by forming a switch rail into such cross-sectional outline that a wheel weight receiving part is positioned at the top face of a rail head or at the inner upper end part of a gage corner circular arc part and that a flange guide part is positioned at the inner lower half part of the gage corner circular arc part. CONSTITUTION:The wheel weight receiving part (c) of a wheel 2 and the guide part (d) of a wheel flange 20 are separated from the rail bending point to load transfer point of a branching switch rail 1, and the switch rail 1 is formed into such cross-sectional outline that the wheel weight receiving part (c) is positioned at the top face 1a of a rail top part or at the inner upper end part 1b of a gage corner circular arc part and that the flange guide part (d) is positioned at the inner lower half part 1c of the gage corner circular arc part. Wheel weight bearing and flange induction are thereby separated always with a specified space between the load transfer point and the rail bending point, so that the load of the rail head is reduced, and the generation of a flaw is prevented. |
