Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To resolve the causes of the development of the growth of air hyphae and the development of putrefaction as a result of shrinkwrapping mushroom or the like by the use of a heat-shrinkable film and achieve the shrink-wrapping of mushroom or the like in the heat-shrinkable film without those problems. CONSTITUTION:A heat-shrinkable film with an oxygen permeability of 1000-30000 cc/m .24hr.atm is used, and also a hole for the removal of air during the heat- shrinkage of the film is closed after the film is shrunk by the application of heat. Thus, because an amount of oxygen in a wrapping body is maintained at such a degree that the development of the growth of air hyphae is almost inhibited and the respiration of mushroom or the like is not inhibited, state of preservation improves.
