Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To provide an earth and sand separating device which can adjust a water content ratio of earth and sand to be sorted to a desired degree. CONSTITUTION:This earth and sand separating device is constituted by attaching screens 1, 3 and 4 which can sort earth and sane of prescribed grain size to a frame body 5, supporting the frame body 5 through an elastic member 7, and also, attaching th elastic member 7 to a frame 8 through prescribed jack mechanism 13, so that the frame body 5 is freely oscillatable around a horizontal axis.
