Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To provide a toilet paper holder which enables smooth withdrawal of a toilet paper while allowing neat separation and enables the using of one roll thereof until end without waste. CONSTITUTION:A pipe-shaped link part 3a is provided at both ends of the rear end part of a paper cutter 3 which has a pipeshaped link part 2a almost at the center of the tip part of a paper cover 2. The link part 2a is fitted into the link part 3a and a core shaft 6 is inserted through the both.
