ROTARY COMPRESSOR

PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of abrasion of a roller and a vane even under the condition that the lubricating condition is easy to be deteriorated, and to reduce the lowering of performance by using a combination of a roller and a vane of a rotary compressor, which can obtain a specific difference of hardness between the roller and the vane, a specific tensile elongation percentage and specific tensile strength of the roller and the vane. CONSTITUTION:A combination of a roller and a vane, which can obtain a difference of hardness between a roller 5 and a vane 8 at 1.5 times or more, a tensile elongation percentage at 0.2% or more and a tensile strength at 150MPa or more of the roller 5, a tensile elongation percentage at 0.5% or more and a tensile strength at 1200MPa or more of the vane 8, is used. In the case where the tensile elongation percentage of the roller 5 and the vane 8 is large, the hard grain holding ability is improved to prevent the generation of chipping of the hard grain and becoming to friction powder. In the case where the surfaces of the roller 5 and the vane 8 directly contact with each other, abrasion of the roller 5 and the vane 8 can be restricted, and even under the condition that the lubricating condition is easy to be deteriorated, lowering of the compressing performance of a compressor 1 can be prevented.
