CONSTITUTION:A frame body having a pair of track boards 36 to the inside of the bottom can be fixed the inside surface of a tunnel lining 10 by jacks 34a and 34b capable of expanding vertically, at the same time, a holder is loaded by contracting one jack 34b, and wheels moving the holder are provided. A rising and falling frame 41 lifting trucks 25 coming on the tracks 36 is provided to the inside of the holder, one truck 25 is lifted, and the other truck 25 can run under it.
