MULTIPLE DWELLING HOUSE

PURPOSE:To reduce work period and cost by concentrating a kitchen and sanitary equipment such as bath rooms, wash rooms, toilets, etc., for each adjacent dwelling house to make kitchen and lavatory work for multiple dwelling houses collectively that takes much time, in a multiple dwelling house such as an apartment house. CONSTITUTION:In a multiple dwelling house formed of multiple dwelling houses 3 and 4, kitchen and sanitary equipment such as bath rooms 26 and 27, wash rooms 28 and 29, toilets 30 and 31, etc., for each dwelling house is located at an area where the dwelling houses 3 and 4 are adjacent to each other. Also a unit 38 provided symmetrically with the kitchen and sanitary equipment for each adjacent dwelling house is structured. Then entrances 32 and 33 for each dwelling house are provided at an area where the dwelling houses 3 and 4 are adjacent to each other, and the unit 38 provided symmetrically with the kitchen and sanitary equipment and entrance for each adjacent dwelling house is constituted.
