ASSEMBLY OF CAGE FOR HIGH FLEXURALL TENACIOUS PC PILE

PURPOSE:To facilitate assembly of a tension reinforcing bar at the time of manufacturing a PC pile to bury a spiral reinforcement near a pile outer peripheral surface apart from the tension reinforcing bar to give prestress. CONSTITUTION:In the state of fixing a rear end side end plate 12b on the side of an anchor block by way of using a pair of the end plates 12a, 12b on front and rear end sides having a support reinforcing bar insertion hole 38 in circular arrangement and a tension reinforcing bar insertion hole 39 in concentrical arrangement with the former, fixing the front end side end plate 12a on the side of a drawer device 24 and nearing both of the end plates 12a, 12b to each other, a support reinforcing bar 16 and a tension reinforcing bar 14 are inserted into each hole of the rear end side end plate 12b. By passing their head ends in the front end side end plate 12a and fastening them from dropping, a spiral reinforcing bar 15 moulded in a coil spring shape is engaged to the outer peripheral side of the support reinforcing bar 16. Thereafter, by moving the drawer device 24 in the direction to separate from the anchor block and making the spiral reinforcing bar 15 in the state where it is wound around the outer peripheral side of the support reinforcing bar 16 at a desired pitch by way of expanding it in the axial direction the spiral reinforcing bar 15 and the support reinforcing bar 16 are fixed.
