SOIL AND SAND SEPARATING DEVICE

PURPOSE:To provide a soil and sand separating device which can lessen the occurrence of low frequency noise or vibration. CONSTITUTION:A soil and sand separating device is provided with a soil and sand separating mechanism 20a fitted with the screens 1a, 3a and 4a and blind patch 2a capable of separating soil and sand and with a soil and sand separating mechanism 20b fitted with the screens 1b, 3b and 4b and blind patch 2b capable of separating soil and sand and such separating mechanisms are installed on a foundation 29 in an adjoining manner. In order that an exciter 6a of the separating mechanism 20a and an exciter 6b of the separating mechanism 20b may be vibrated with substantially the same frequency and in antiphase relationship, a rotating shaft 31a of the exciter 6a and a rotating shaft 31b of the exciter 6b are connected to a single rotatably driving mechanism 26 via a connecting mechanism 25. The two separating mechanisms 20a and 20b are integrally enclosed with a soundproof panel 28.
