Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To cope with the change of a distance between forms and reinforcing bars and position the forms and the reinforcing bars in a proper position. CONSTITUTION:A distance holding tool 1 comprises a fixed leg 11 and a moving leg 12 and is formed such that the base ends of the two legs 11 and 12 are rotatably intercoupled. The distance holding tool is used and after forms are arranged around reinforcing bars, the distance holding tool 1 is located between forms 5 and reinforcing bars 3 and 4. Tow legs are caused to span between the forms 5 and the reinforcing bars 3 and 4 by regulating a cross angle between the two legs 11 and 12 of the distance hold tool 1 according to a distance provided between the forms 5 and the reinforcing bars 3 and 4.
