Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To obtain the material containing both of a specific binding resin and an elastomer-providing resin, having high adhesion even in thin applying on old marking line, not requiring any primer and having good workability, cold resistance and stain resistance. CONSTITUTION:This material contains (A) an acid-modified aliphatic hydrocarbon resin having 16-50 saponification value and used a binder resin and (B) an elasticity-providing resin (preferably a polyamide resin having 95-115 deg.C softening point) in a ratio of the component B of 50 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of the component A. The component A is obtained by reacting, e.g. an aliphatic petroleum resin with an unsaturated carboxylic acid (anhydride) under heating. As the unsaturated carboxylic acid (anhydride), maleic acid anhydride is preferably used. The reaction is preferably carried out at 170-230 deg.C.
