Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To edit data in a desired page arrangement easily and positively by ensuring that image data on the front and rear of a recording sheet to be printed or on the right and left pages of the sheet can be identified when doing the editing in a prefect printing mode or a continuous page printing mode. CONSTITUTION:Copy image data printed on each recording sheet can be recognized by distributing the copy image data printed on a single recording sheet into groups for a right and a left page or for a front and a rear page and displaying data of a few recording sheet on an LCD part 102 simultaneously, based on the copy image data equivalent to pages stored in a RAM 105. In addition, the position of an additional page can be designated easily and reliably by designating any page displayed by the LCD part 102a using a touch panel 102b. Further, it is possible to edit the data as desired easily and reliably by adding a blank page based on a page designated by the touch panel 102b.
