CONSTITUTION:This resin compsn. comprises 100 pts.wt. resin and/or rubber, 20-200 pts.wt. at least one metal hydroxide selected from the group consisting of Al(OH)3, Mg(OH)2, Ca(OH)2, and a solid soln. of the formula: Mg1-xMx(OH)2 [wherein M means at least one kind of divalent metal ion selected from the group consisting of Ca, Mn, Fe, Co, Cu, and Zn; and 0.005
