DISCONNECTOR DEVICE

PURPOSE:To easily discriminate the function degradation of a resistor from outside by arranging a conductor plate for forming an electrostatic capacity type potential divider in the vicinity of a closed vessel opposite to a resistor shield. CONSTITUTION:Disk-like conductor plates 20 and 20' are arranged in the inner wall vicinity space of a closed vessel 1 opposite to resistor shields 16 and 17. Connecting wires 22 and 22' are electrically and airtightly insulated from the vessel 1 by penetration type insulators 21 and 21' to be connected to coaxial cables 23 and 23'. A pulse generator and a surge measuring instrument are connected to the cables 23 and 23' respectively. Electrostatic capacity including the electrostatic capacity of the cables 23 and 23' exists between the conductor plates 20 and 20' and the vessel 1. Moreover electrostatic capacity between the shields 16 and 17 and the resistance of a resistor exists in parallel with the electrostatic capacity. Consequently the change of the resistant value of the resistor 18 can be detected outside.
