Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To efficiently store the whole device in a limited space at the upper section of a tunnel. CONSTITUTION:A pair of adsorbent storage chambers 16 are arranged in parallel in the direction perpendicular to the tunnel longitudinal direction at the upper section of a tunnel, and gas guide passages 30 smaller in width than the adsorbent storage chambers 16 are connected to the outlets of the throttle sections 28 of the adsorbent storage chambers 16 respectively. An air fan 36, an electric heater 38, and an NOx removal reactor 40 used in the desorption process are installed in the space between both gas guide passages 30.
