Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To lower a bath unit whole body to decrease door sill height in installation of a sanitary room unit while facilitating handling of the sanitary room unit in conveyance. CONSTITUTION:In a sanitary room unit 2 wherein a bath unit 3 is incorporated in a skeleton frame 5, a height position of a suspension frame 10 in relation to the skeleton frame 5 can be changed by a position changing means 11 respectively in conveyance and in installation. Accordingly, when the suspension frame 10 is set at an upper position, the whole of a unit lower face becomes flat, and when the suspension frame 10 is set at a lower position, the bath unit 3 is protruded downward from a lower face of the skeleton frame 5.
