Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To make an auxiliary boiler unnecessary, to miniaturize the equipment and to make the cost low by controlling supplied steam flow rate according to the steam pressure at the time of supplying the surplus steam of a steam accumulator into the equipment using the steam in the outside of a converter plant. CONSTITUTION:The temp. and the pressure of a boiler circulating water are risen with the sensible heat in exhaust gas absorbed by a hood cooler 4 and radiation cooler 5 from the high temp. exhaust gas produced in the converter operation. The steam in the high pressure condition produced in the boiler drum 6 is once stored in a steam accumulator 18 and the surplus steam is reduced its pressure through a reducing valve 20 and supplied to the equipment 30 using the steam in the outside of the converter plant. At this time, the pressure in the steam accumulator 18 is detected with a pressure detector 24, and the steam flow rate supplied according to the increase or decrease of the steam pressure is controlled throgh a computer 26 for control. By this method, the produced steam can be recovered in high efficiency and the equipment can be miniaturized and inexpensive operation can become possible. |
