Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To improve oil separation efficiency by a process in which fine bubbles are generated in a half of the bottom of a liquid tank communicating with an oil contained liquid supply means, a smooth disk with its upper half exposed from a liquid surface is rotated in the other half of the bottom, and an oil scraping means is contacted with the exposed part of the disk which is on the down side in the disk's rotation direction to scrape off oil components by sliding. CONSTITUTION:Oil contained liquid to be deoiled is fed from a deoiling tank to an oil separation apparatus 1 by a liquid supply pump through a liquid supply pipe 3, and oil components are separated by the specific gravity difference. At the same time, fine bubbles are generated from an air discharge pipe 8. The oil components raised forcedly to the top surface flow to a deoiling disk 16 by oil leading plates 15, 15. The oil components on the surface of the liquid to be deoiled which are stuck to the rotating disk 16 by the interfacial tension to follow the disk 16 with rotation are scraped off by blades 20, 20 to be discharged out of the tank 1 through an oil discharge pipe 23.
