DEODORANT MOLDED COMPOSITE AND ITS MANUFACTURE

PURPOSE:To provide good feeling and texture and effectively suppress the generation of a bad smell by containing a molding resin and an antibacterial agent together with zeolite alone, natural crushed stone alone, or a mixture of zeolite and the natural crushed stone. CONSTITUTION:A mixture consisting of zeolite alone, a natural crushed stone alone other than natural zeolite, a mixture of zeolite and the natural crushed stone, or a mixture of zeolite and/or the natural crushed stone with slug and/or an artificial colored hard inorganic material; and a molding resin is solidified and molded. The resulting molded material is impregnated with an antibacterial agent-containing solution, whereby a required deodorant molded composition is manufactured. As the antibacterial agent, 3-(trimethoxysilyl) propyldimethyloctadecyl ammonium chloride, 10,10'-oxybisphenoxarsine, and 2-(4-thiazolyl)benzimidazole which are organic antibacterial agents are used.
