CONNECTING METHOD BETWEEN ELECTRODE FOIL AND LEAD OF ALUMINUM ELECTROLYTIC CAPACITOR

PURPOSE:To enable the productivity of an electrode foil to be enhanced by preventing electrode foil cut-off as well as the installation cost thereof to be cut down. CONSTITUTION:A lead 22 arranged on an electrode foil 23 mounted on a bottom force 28 is pressed down by a top force 29 while a caulking needle 30 is lowered so that the front end thereof 30 may stick into the lead 22 and the electrode foil 23 to form the burrs of the lead 22 and the electrode foil 23 on the sliding hole 28a part of the bottom force 28. Later, leaving the top force 29 in the state of pressing down the lead 22, an ejector pin 27 sliding up and down along the sliding hole 28a is slid in the upward direction so that the burrs of the lead 22 and the electrode foil 23 may be pressure-welded to be connected with each other.
