Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To provide a strut device which is extremely good for a scene by forming a neat looking guide plate with concealed joint members and making a panel, which is the guide plate, visible as if this panel is mounted afloat. CONSTITUTION:This strut device is constituted by assembling a strut body 4 which is provided with an outside square cylindrical body 6 shifted in phase by 90 deg. from an inside square cylindrical body 5 so as to enclose this cylindrical body and is formed with >=1 pieces of angle parts of this outside square cylindrical body 6 as freely removable covers 7, a reinforcing plate 8 which is arranged to locate the angle parts of the outside square cylindrical body 6 of the strut body 4 to a front and is provided on one inner side of the inside square cylindrical body 5 of the strut body 4, a joint member 9 which is mounted freely attachably by means of a bolt and nut, etc., via this reinforcing plate 8 and has a rugged engaging member 11 at its one end and a panel 14 which has a panel corner 13 bored with such rugged engaging hole 12 as to be engaged with this rugged engaging member 11 in such a manner that the 14 exists at the front.
