CONSTITUTION:In a chip discharging device wherein a spiral rotor 11 is freely rotatably provided on a transfer line 14 partitioned by a wall face and is rotated to transfer chips in the direction of the axis of the rotor, the rotor 11 is formed by a coiled spring and part of the coil is curved inward in the direction of the axis of rotation for each turn of the coil to form a plurality of recessed portions 30.
