CONSTITUTION:This migration inhibitor is a compound B-3454, having the following physical properties and produced by a bacterium of Pseudomonas sp. POL-3454 which belongs to the genus Pseudomonas and/or a salt thereof. property: light-yellow hygroscopic amorphous powder; elementary analytical value: H, 7.l2%; C, 45.88% and N, 17.11%; mass spectrometry (M+1): 651; molecular formula: C25H46N8O12; ultraviolet absorption spectrum: shown in the figure; infrared absorption spectrum; shown in the figure; H-NMR: shown in the figure (solvent: D2O); color reaction: positive to the ninhydrin and iodine reactions; solubility: soluble in water, methanol and ethanol.
