Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To provide the flux cored wire having high welding workability by specifying the flux rate to the wire and incorporating specific ratios of a carbonate, fluoride, TiO2. and slag into the flux. CONSTITUTION:The sheath of the flux cored wire is formed of a stainless steel contg. >=11% Cr. The flux rate of the flux to be included is specified to 10 to 30% by the total weight of the wire. The flux components are specified to include 0.3 to 8% carbonate 0.5 to 5% fluoride 0.1 to 4% TiO2 0.1 to 5% >=1 kinds of slag forming agents consisting of SiO2, Al2O3, ZrO2, MgO and CaO and 1 to 27% metallic powder. The TiP2/(carbonate+fluoride) ratio is specified to 0.05 to 1.4. As a result, the stainless steel flux cored wire having excellent pore resistance, ductility and toughness is obtd.
