CONSTITUTION:The sheet is formed from a composition composed of 30 to 60wt.% polyethylene-based resin, 15 to 40wt.% aluminum hydroxide, 15 to 40wt.% magnesium hydroxide, 1 to 10wt.% chlorinated polyethylene and 1 to 6wt.% lubricant and exhibiting a weight ratio of aluminum hydroxide to magnesium hydroxide within a range of 0.5 to 1.7.
