VIDEO CAMERA BATTERY PACK

PURPOSE:To provide a battery pack for a video camera which can separate a camera terminal from a light terminal by detaching the battery pack from the video camera and also detaching a video light from the battery pack respectively. CONSTITUTION:A video camera battery pack is provided with an electromagnetic switch 18 which detects the current flowing to a video camera circuit and generates a detection signal when the detected current is larger than the prescribed value together with a 1st switch 21 which supplies electric power through the light terminals 15a and 15b in response to the detection signal of the switch 18, a 2nd switch 14 which is closed with attachment of a battery pack 10 to a video camera 11 and secures the electrical connection of a circuit formed between the camera terminals 13a and 13b and a battery 17, and a 3rd switch 16 which is closed with attachment of a video light 12 to the pack 10 and secures the electrical connection of a circuit formed between the terminals 15a and 15b and the battery 17.
