DATA LOGGER DEVICE

PURPOSE:To latch only the data of a designated address from data outputted onto a bus and to record/display the data to be latched while sampling them in a prescribed cycle. CONSTITUTION:This data logger device monitors addresses, data and commands outputted onto the bus in a device 1 to be measured, collects the data corresponding to the designated address from a series of data and is provided with a comparator 15 for comparing an address set to an address register 14 with an address outputted onto the bus, first data latch circuit 30 for latching the data on the bus with the correspondent command as a latch signal when a coincidence signal is outputted from the comparator 15, and second data latch circuit 31 for latching the data latched by the first data latch circuit 30 corresponding to a sampling signal in the prescribed cycle.
