In the general formula (I),   X is halogen, a methyl, ethyl, methoxy or ethoxy group,   Y, in the event that X = a methoxy or ethoxy group, is a hydroxyl group, and, if not, hydrogen, a methoxy or ethoxy group, and   Z, in the event that X or Y represent a methoxy or ethoxy group or hydrogen, is a methoxy or ethoxy group and, if not, hydrogen.
