Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To improve the stability of the viscosity with the passage of time in the composition comprising an epoxy resin and a hydrophilic silica fine particles. CONSTITUTION:The epoxy resin composition is obtained by adding at least one compound (component C) selected from the group consisting of a compound having one or more hydroxyls and carboxyls, a polyether of 300 or higher molecular weight having 2 or more hydroxyls and a polyvinyl alcohol of 1,000 or more hydroxyls. The addition of a specific compound (component C) reduces the change in the viscosity with the passage of time and maintains its excellent properties immediately after its production.
