Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To suppress crazing even under a wrong environment for a long period and to laminate without losing an emboss by preventing a blister of a boundary. CONSTITUTION:The method for manufacturing an acrylic resin composite plate comprises the steps of heating a polycarbonate plate at 80-140 deg.C at least for two hours, forming a hot-melt adhesive layer on one or both surfaces of the plate and a thermoplastic resin overlay film, and then bringing the layers on the plate or the film under pressure while making it oppose to the other in such a manner that at least one of the surfaces to be brought into contact with one another is raised to be higher than a softening point of the adhesive. Then, it is held at a temperature not exceeding the softening point of the plate or the film to form a composite plate in which the plate and the film are laminated, and the composite plate is then held at 30-100 deg.C at least for one hour to be aged, thereby manufacturing the polycarbonate composite plate.
