UPPER TERMINAL END ADJUSTING DEVICE FOR WINDING CONTINUOUS AUTOMATIC BOBBIN

PURPOSE:To easily correct the dislocation of the stop position of a filament body by installing a M shaped guide on the tip end of the press roller of a movable arm pressing the filament body which is moved so as to be stopped at a specified position by a transverser pulley after the specified winding quantity of the filament body has been taken up. CONSTITUTION:When a filament body 4 such as a cable core and the like is taken up, the filament body 4 is taken up onto a bobbin 3 while a transverser section 5 is being moved at a specified pitch up to a set value of filament length. In this case, the winding end of the filament body is dominated by both a set pitch and the set value of filament length, therefore, the winding end is not necessarily come up to a definite position. This is a reason why a terminal end pressing means 6 pressing the terminal end of the filament body 4, is provided to correct the dislocation of the stop position of the filament body 4. The terminal end pressing means 6 including both a movable arm 14 and a pressing roller 15 with a M shaped filament guide 16 provided at the tip end of the roller, guides the filament body 4 through the M shaped filament guide 16 so as to position it at its specified position by moving the pressing roller 15 to a place close to the bobbin 3 side from its evacuation position with an air cylinder 17 operated.
