TREATMENT DEVICE OF COATING FOR WASHING

PURPOSE:To save wash water and make it possible to recycle the coating for washing easily by separating the coating for washing on a washing table into the sediment and the supernatant, then further separating the supernatant as a supernatant liquid and a sediment, and further filtering the supernatant liquid to recycle it as water for washing by collecting both of the sediment and filtration dregs. CONSTITUTION:This treatment device of coating for washing consists of a washing table 1, a storage container for storing the coating for washing 2, a purification container 3, a filter 4 and a waste liquid collection container 5. The washing table 1 washes the coating sticking to a spray gun, and the storage container 2 stores the coating from the washing table 1 and separates the coating into the sediments 21a, 22a and the supernatants 21b, 22b. The purification container 3 adds a purifying agent to the supernatants 21b, 22b from the storage container 2 and separates the supernatant into a sediment 3a and a supernatant liquid 3b. The filter 4 filtrates the supernatant liquid 3b from the purification container 3 and separates it into purified water and filtration dregs. The waste liquid collection container 5 collects the sediments 21a, 22a from both the storage container 2 and the purification container 3 as well as filtration dregs from the filter 4.
