ROLL CRUSHER AND CRUSHING METHOD USING THE SAME

PURPOSE:To provide a roll crusher and a crushing method using the same, by which the occurrence of excessive stress in a crushing part due to abnormal vibration is prevented and the generation of damage and breakage accidents of parts of the crushing part is prevented. CONSTITUTION:In the crushing method using a roll crusher, plural crushing rolls 2 arranged at specified intervals along the rotational direction on a crushing ring 1 freely rotatably supported in a housing 19 are pressurized and supported by a pressure frame 9 through roll brackets 3 and materials to be crushed are crushed between the crushing ring 1 and the crushing rolls 2. The generation of abnormal vibration of the crusher is foreknown by the variation in load to the crushing part and, based on the foreknowledge, pressurizing force of a pressurizing device 17 to the pressure frame 9 is temporarily reduced to prevent the occurrence of abnormal vibration and when there is no fear of the occurrence of abnormal vibration, the pressurizing force is restored.
