Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To test a control circuit in a short time by performing A/D conversion with a clock at a high frequency, which does not purpose the A/D conversion, and providing a conversion end signal in a short cycle. CONSTITUTION:A clock source 11 at the high frequency, which does not purpose the A/D conversion, is selected by a clock selecting circuit 3, the control signal of an A/D conversion part 1 is generated by a control signal generating circuit 4, and a conversion end signal 26 is generated in a short time rather than normal conversion time. At such a time, a control circuit 5 is controlled through a data bus 7 by an external CPU 8.
