Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To produce the forms on the screen of a display device and to make entries in these forms. CONSTITUTION: This tool kit 34 can produce a form for a design and entry on the screen of an interactive display device. Even a person who is not a programmer can design and process both electronic and paper forms by means of an interface which is familiar to users. The kit 34 is divided into two modes, i.e., a designer mode where a designer 40 produces the forms on the screen, and a user mode 48 where a user 44 writes information in the form entry corresponding to the display device.
