Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To improve the car body stability by reducing the ground clearance of the mounting center of gravity of a body. CONSTITUTION:The left and right front part frames 13 in pair are connected in vertically swingable manner with a front part car body 10 equipped with front wheels 11 and a driver's room 12. The left and right rear part frames 17 in pair are connected in vertically swingable manner with a rear part car body 15 equipped with rear wheels 16. The front part frame 13 and the rear part frame 17 are connected in bendable manner, and the left and right frames 20 in pair are formed. A body 21 is arranged between the front car body 10, rear part car body 15, and the left and right frames 20 in pair, and the body 21 is connected with the rear part frame 17. A cylinder 23 is connected over from the front part car body 10 and the rear part car body 15. Accordingly, the frame 20 is formed to a downward V shaped state by shifting the front part car body 10 to the rear part car body 15 side by the cylinder 23, and the body 21 is set to an erection attitude, and soil can be discharged.
