CONSTITUTION:The surface of a body 1 made of carbon fiber reinforced compound material is covered with a ceramic or metal flame-sprayed coat 3. At this time, it is desirable to form a bond-coating layer 2 including a filler with complex unevenness between the body 1 and the flame-sprayed coat 3. Since the body 1 is formed of carbon fiber reinforced compound material, the characteristic frequency is improved, and moment of inertia is reduced. Also since the surface of the body 1 is covered with the ceramic or metal flame-sprayed coat 3, surface hardness is high, and the coefficient of friction is reduced so as to be fit for high speed rotation.
