Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To provide a method for using a harmless binder with unlimited duration of service which causes no environmental pollution in preparing a reclaimed polyurethane foam molded product by a method in which waste polyurethane foam chips impregnated with the binder are cured in a mold. CONSTITUTION:Waste polyurethane foam chips impregnated uniformly with a binder of an aqueous emulsion of resin is charged in a mold. The emulsion is dried and cured with pressured hot air blown into the mold to obtain a dried cured product. The aqueous emulsion of polyurethane, polyacrylate, polyvinyl acetate, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, styrene-butadiene copolymer, and others are used as the binder.
