Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To facilitate operator's handling by providing the center of rotation of a lock claw for engagement between an operation surface for unlocking and an operation surface for rotating a liquid crystal display device. CONSTITUTION:When the resetting operation surface 12b of the lock claw 12 for engagement is pressed, the lock claw 12 for engagement rotates around a lock pin 13 and the engagement part 12a of the lock claw 12 for engagement is disengaged from the recessed part 2a of a main body controller. Further, the engagement part 12a of the lock claw 12 for engagement leaves the main body controller 2 and then the opening/closing operation surface 12c which enables the liquid crystal display device 3 to be opened is formed. While the engagement part 12a of the lock claw 12 for engagement is unlocked, the opening/closing operation surface 12c of the lock claw 12 for the liquid crystal display device 2 is pressed down and then the liquid crystal display device 3 can be rotated. Consequently, the operator's handling is facilitated.
