Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To obtain a high density and high speed circuit element by a method wherein the active element such as a switching element, a rectifying element and the like the passive elements such as a resistance element, capacitance element and the like, and the insulating material with which wirings and between wirings will be insulated are all composed of a bioelectric element. CONSTITUTION:A rectification element is formed with two kinds of electron transferring protein having different redox potential such as flavodoxin molecule 1 and cytochrome C molecule 2, for example, which are coupled and adhered into a complex. A switching element is formed by coupling and adhering the above-mentioned flavodoxin molecule 1 on both sides of the cytochrome c molecule, and a resistance element is formed by arranging two complexes in antiparallel form between a pair of electrodes 4f and 4g, for example. A capacitor element C is formed using a protein molecule 3 of high dielectric constant having no electron transferring activity, for example. A wiring operation is performed using a conductive protein molecule 4 with which electrons can be transferred using rectification elements D1-D4, switching elements Tr1 and Tr2, resistance element R1 and R2 and capacitance element C1 while the abovementioned materials are insulated from each other using a protein molecule 5 of low dielectric constant.
