SPECIMEN HOLDING STAND

PURPOSE:To easily fix a specimen to be inspected and improve inspecting efficiency and operability by using the specimen holding stand. CONSTITUTION:This specimen holding stand 10 is constituted of holder 11 for holding a specimen such as a semiconductor package, a receiving stand 12 holding the holder 11 thereon, and a holding means A composed of small projections 13 and fitting holes 15 fitting to the small projections 13, for holding the holder 11 in the inclined condition. The holder 11 is formed in a hemispherical shape, and a plurality of small projections 13 are projectingly provided on the full surface of the hemisphere. The receiving stand 12 is formed in a bowl-like shape, and a plurality of fitting holes 15 are recessedly provided on the contact face with the hemispherical face of the holder 11. A specimen can be easily fixed in the condition of optional inclination, and hence inspection efficiency and operability are remarkably improved.
